• Service: the Amillry web application and website.

Not Financial Advice

Amillry is an educational and journaling tool. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All trade data, playbook configurations, income reports, and community discussions are for informational purposes only. Options trading involves significant risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Content

You are solely responsible for the content you enter into the Service. You may not transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes any third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the Company.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (including Supabase, Finnhub, and Google OAuth). The Company is not responsible for any third-party services, their accuracy, availability, or practices.

Modifications to the Service

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability to you.

No Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. The Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way related to your use of the Service.

Indemnification

Term and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. The Company may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason without prior notice. You may terminate by ceasing use of the Service and deleting your account.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, excluding its conflicts of law rules.

Changes to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
